Signs that people are good for your mental health.

Gratitude is one of the most powerful things for a person to be happy. Now, gratitude doesn't only mean thanking god for all the good things that happen in your life but also thanking people around you who are good for your mental health and people who really care for you and uplift you. They can be anyone, your friends, family, teacher, or anyone. We think that it's a very small thing to say thanks or be thankful for them being helpful but trust me those little things which we think are little aren't really little.
